Orders placed during business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).

If an item is out of stock, production of pieces will roughly take 6-8 weeks. We appreciate your patience while your BaliButton creation is being hand-crafted in Bali!


Domestic and International ground shipping is available. Shipping time may vary. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

For insurance purposes, all orders require signature upon delivery

BaliButton Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your BaliButton purchase! We accept returns of unused, unworn, undamaged full-price items up to 14 days after delivery. All returns must include original packaging.

Please send your return request to: info@balibuttonjewelry.com with the subject titled "Return Request". Please write your order number and the specific products inquired. We will provide you further instructions on how to complete the return. Items must be shipped back properly and safely due to their delicate nature. Items must also be strapped carefully in original packaging as well as in a well padded box or envelope. We will examine for quality control before refund is provided. Improper care or damage resulting from misuse will void the refund. 

Please be aware that all BaliButton Jewelry purchased online must be returned directly to BaliButton, and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. Please refer to their return policy for further information. If you require a repair for jewelry purchased at a retail store please email us at info@balibuttonjewelry.com


Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@balibuttonjewelry.com with the item name, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. BaliButton will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the repair. 


Sterling silver must be cleaned and stored properly to retain its original shine and luster.  We recommend that your  jewelry does not get wet (in the shower, pool, ocean, etc).  To maintain the quality of this metal, clean and polish your sterling silver piece often to avoid tarnishing.  

Due to the delicate of nature of the hand crafted BaliButton pieces, please take extra caution and care when wearing and removing the pieces. 


All of our rings are standard US sizes, and we currently only carry sizes 6 & 7. If you require a different size please email us.
